3.2 USER ASSUMES ALL RISK FOR DATA SUBMITTED

You assume all risks associated with submitting data to AI systems, including but not limited to data loss, data corruption, unauthorized inference, re-identification of anonymized data, privacy breaches, and exposure of sensitive information through AI-generated outputs. You are solely responsible for determining whether data is appropriate for AI processing.

3.3 SENSITIVE DATA WARNING

You are strongly advised NOT to submit personally identifiable information (PII), protected health information (PHI), financial account information, trade secrets, confidential business information, or any other sensitive or regulated data to the Service. If you choose to submit such data, you do so entirely at your own risk and AgentsX shall have no liability for any consequences arising from such submission or subsequent AI processing.

3.4 AI MODEL TRAINING AND DATA RETENTION

Your data and interactions may be retained indefinitely and used to train, improve, and develop AI models, even after account deletion or service termination. While we implement data anonymization procedures, you acknowledge that complete anonymization may not be possible and that your data characteristics may remain in trained models.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
